X UTILITY is a WBE/WOSB/LGBTBE certified consulting services firm based in Fresno, CA, Oakland, CA and Oahu, HI. The firm has an established and successful 9+ year history of working with and on behalf of large IOU utilities, US and International development teams, EPC vendors, Muni’s, Coops, CCA’s, Tribal Governments, Cities/Counties, Universities, Telecommunication providers, Installers, and Non-profit 501-C3. The team is comprised of former PG&E utility experts that have managed capital budgets and pioneered over 2.9 Gigawatts of safe and reliable renewable transmission and distribution utility grid tie assets.

Deborah Galimba

Founder and President

As founder and president, Ms. Galimba has been leading X UTILITY since the 2014 inception. For the past nine years, she has supported wholesale and retail renewable deployments across multiple utility service territories throughout the U.S. She has over 18 years of proven PG&E utility experience executing and managing capital and expense gas and electric teams at both transmission and distribution voltages. Her expertise has safely interconnected over 2.4 Gigawatts of renewable generation and new electric load service across the US. She also readily shares her knowledge and experience as an accomplished writer, speaker and grant reviewer. Mrs. Galimba is anxious to apply the X UTILITY full-service suite to your project and cross pollinate the renewable interconnection landscape worldwide.

Dr. Mazyar Zeinali

Director, Energy & Utility Integration - Oakland Office

Dr. Zeinali leads the design and implementation of novel market strategies and electrification for commercial entities and Tribal nations for renewable energy deployment, energy sustainability, and community solar. He has worked with and lead teams developing climate change policy for the reduction of emissions at U.S. national and international including fuel efficiency for commercial aviation. He has over 10 years of direct R&D experience including the development of nanomaterials for environmental pollutant sensors and holds multiple patents resulting from his work. Dr. Zeinali holds multiple degrees in Engineering (Aerospace and Environmental) and has authored or co-authored more than 50 peer reviewed journal articles, technical papers, technology efficiency projections, and fuel/energy efficiency research.
